Contributions or gifts made to Pennie for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. The first $3,300 per person shall be designated to the 2024 primary election, and the next (second) $3,300 designated to the next subsequent election, currently the 2024 general election. Notwithstanding the foregoing designations, any contribution designated to a run-off election which does not occur shall be automatically re-designated to the next scheduled election, and any resulting excessive contribution shall either be re-designated, re-attributed, or refunded as appropriate.
